Another Sense
CHARLOTTE: My sister has been in a coma for nine days. I found her the first day in our apartment. I knew from the moment I walked in the door that something was not right. There was this smell. This strong smell that hit me when I opened the door. It was something so familiar and yet I can’t place it. Bitter. Citrusy maybe. And then I saw her. Buried in a mound of crumpled newspaper on the floor. There was a can of gasoline in the corner. The window was open. There were big gusts of wind blowing all the paper around the room. Emily wouldn’t wake up when I touched her. She was just gone. She hasn’t woken up since and I don’t know what the hell happened to her.
Drama
Charlotte sits with her comatose sister Emily and tries to figure out the mystery of what put her there.
