Exclusive week:    $850 (includes overnight storage)

The not-so-small print:

Location & Electrical fees will be added for film / photography events. Overnight storage fees apply for multiple day bookings which require storage. Premiums are charged for events open to the public and for bookings with more than 10 people. A security deposit is required for events that are open to the public. Please note that unfortunately there are no refunds.
