Began in 2002 by Melissa Major, The Cheshire Unicorn was created to produce new, innovative, absurd, political, smart, surreal and otherwise experimental theatre created by Canadian artists. It has produced some of the most thought-provoking and interesting theatre produced by an independent theatre company in Toronto. The company produces work on subject matters ranging from historical absurdist drama to modern surrealism.

Jordann has been working in Toronto for the past six years on musicals at the Randolph Academy, Toronto Fringe and Summerworks festivals, as well as various other theatres across the GTA and Ontario. She graduated from University of Toronto's Music Faculty and has participated in workshops/master classes in orchestral and choral conducting at the Royal Conservatory.
